OUR STORY

Founded in 2025 by Michal Basha, former Director of Operations at a financial technology company where she learned one lesson repeatedly: companies scale when their infrastructure makes good performance possible. When infrastructure is missing, no amount of effort closes the gap.

Michal watched leadership focus on training and accountability when the real constraint was systems architecture. Agents needed visibility into capacity. Collections teams needed strategic calling deployment, not random dialing. Support teams needed intelligent routing, not generic queues.

The pattern was clear: build the infrastructure, performance improves. The right systems make better results automatic.
